Description: Anti-Human TFPI-2 IgG developed in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography on protein G (> 98% purity).

Immunogen:  Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human Kunitz domain 1 from TFPI-2 expressed in plants.


  • ELISA: Suggested starting dilution 1/300. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.
  • Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/500. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.

Human TFPI-2 protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane. Both membranes were probed with a dilution 1:500 of Anti-Human TFPI-2 IgG. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. A.-Lane 1: MW marker (kDa). Lane 2: 0,1 ug of recombinant Kunitz domain 1 produced in plants. ; B.- Lane 1; MW marker (kDa). Lane 2: 0,25 ug of Human TFPI-2.

Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this not necessarily excludes its use in such procedures.

Optimal dilution conditions should be determined by the final user.
