Description: Anti-Human GM-CSF Serum is developed in rabbit using recombinant GM-CSF produced in plants.

Immunogen: Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human GM-CSF expressed in plants.


  • ELISA: Suggested starting dilution 1/4000. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagent (anti-rabbit IgG-AP conjugate), allows the detection of  > 0,5 ng/well of rhuman GM-CSF (RF0036).
  • Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/5,000. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.

‘Human GM-CSF protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1: 4,000 of Anti-Human GM-CSF Serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM (kDa); Lane 2: 0.5 ug of rHuman GM-CSF protein.

Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this not necessarily excludes its use in such procedures.

Optimal dilution conditions should be determined by the final user.
