Description: Anti-Human Activin B Serum is developed in rabbit using recombinant Activin B produced in plants.
Immunogen: Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human Activin B expressed in plants.
Applications:

ELISA: Suggested starting dilution 1/1,000. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagent (anti-rabbit IgG-AP conjugate), allows the detection of < 10 ng/well of rhuman Activin B (RF0029).

Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/5,000. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.

Human Activin B protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:10,000 of Anti-Human Activin B Serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. MWM: molecular weight marker. Lane 1: 0.25 ug of rH Activin B (monomeric form); Lane 2: 0.5 ug of rH Activin B (multimeric form).
Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this not necessarily excludes its use in such procedures.
Optimal dilution conditions should be determined by the final user.
